Brief Introduction
This series of Current Transformers include the products with the type of LB-60W2, LB-66W2 (LB-72.5W2); LB9-110W2(LB9-126W2),LB9-120W2(LB9-123W2);LB-132W2,LB-138W2 (LB-145W2) etc., which can be used forthe electric current measurement, eneray measurement and relav protection in the electric power system with avoltage of 60 ~ 145kV and freguency of 50 ~ 60Hz. The products are in accordance with the reauirements of the standard GB20840.1,CB20840,2'Current Transformers'& lEC61869-1,EC61869-2 "Curent Transiormers"
This series of products are divided into conventional type and cast aluminium type according to the material of oil tank. The customers can choose as their requirement.
Characteristics
1.Be sealed up limitedly, the seal components are not exposed to air, with better sealing performance and longerservice life.
2.With advanced structure, which has been confirmed and obtained the national patent.
3.Oil tank made by the anti-corrosive aluminium alloy, can eliminate the partial whirlpool heat, and be rustless.
4.Porcelain bushing made by high strength porcelain, and spliced with oil tank in integral, with compact structure
beautiful appearance and high mechanical strength.
5.With developed main insulation structure, having better insulation performance and higher reliable technology.
6.Oil draining valve has been applied syringe to take oil sample, which can ensure the precision of transformeroil test.
7.With advanced drying technique of profiling heat conduction, medium heat as well as high dearee vacuumdrying adopted, insulation always stays its original state, all of which enable a more reliable performance ofproduct characterized by its small increment which is below 0.05%% and low dielectric loss which is below 0.3%under the applied voltage of 10kV.
8.With progressive oiling technique, heating hermetical oiling technology adopted, partial discharge is slight.
